About Rita Omatsone: The personbehind thepixels
I’m a product designer with 4+ years of experience designing enterprise tools that help people work smarter, not harder.
I started in information systems, which is probably why I love the moment a tangled workflow finally makes sense. Since then I’ve designed purchase order platforms, distribution center dashboards, rugged handheld apps and an enterprise design system for a Fortune 50 retailer, and brand and e-commerce kits for Klaviyo customers.
Today I’m a Senior UX Designer working on the homepage and product experience at The Home Depot. I care about the unglamorous parts of design: the alignment meetings, the trade-off conversations, the metrics after launch. That’s where enterprise work earns its trust.
But design isn’t just my job, it’s how I see the world. I love bringing clarity and empathy into complex systems.
